i cant sleep tonight..
this is not something new for me...
its been almost two and a half months of good sleep
at night where night terror no longer rules anymore..

today was the day of unimaginables.
i actually asked for help!
usually ill settle stuff on my own...
but this time round.. damn...
i cant deal with it alone any longer..
so tempted to get professional help.
but guess that would be too..

when im try turned out to be a blessing in disguise...
reminded myself that...
